We are currently seeking several skilled Press Brake Operators to become part of our Randolph, MA facility immediately.

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of hands-on experience in metal fabrication, plate bending, or operating manual and CNC press brake machinery.

Ideally, three or more years of background in sheet metal or plate fabrication, hydraulic press operation, or manual machining.

Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints, fabrication layouts, and utilizing a tape measure with 1/16-inch accuracy.

Competency in performing fundamental shop mathematics.

Familiarity with managing tooling, material handling, and calculating bend clearances is highly desirable.

Experience creating custom metal components, such as channels or cylinders, is preferred, and a background in welding or general fabrication is considered a valuable asset.
Compensation and Perks:

Core Responsibilities:

Operate and configure various fabrication tools, including hydraulic presses and CNC press brakes, to help maintain high production standards in our custom metal shop.

Interpret complex mechanical drawings to set up tooling and form metal, ensuring all measurements are verified to support consistent daily output.

Perform essential shop tasks such as quality control inspections, material handling, grinding, and layout preparation to keep operations running smoothly.

Fabricate diverse metal parts from stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel, utilizing heavy-duty equipment to produce precise bends and custom shapes that meet client specifications.

Complete other miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
