Job Summary
We are seeking a service technician to join our team in maintaining, installing and repairing water softening and drinking water equipment within a manufacturing facility and/or residential properties. This role offers an opportunity to work with a range of water softening/drinking water equipment, ensuring optimal performance. The service technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water softening/drinking water equipment, while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on water softening and drinking water equipment.
- Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities performed.
- Assist with technical sales support by providing expert advice on equipment repairs and upgrades.
- Provide excellent customer service while in the field.
Qualifications
- Ability to read equipment manuals.
- Experience operating field service equipment such as hi-low or similar machinery.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication in English.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
