Job Summary
Simply Beautiful Flowers & Events is seeking experienced Floral Designers to join our team. This is a design-focused position for skilled floral professionals who can create high-quality arrangements efficiently in a fast-paced floral shop environment.
Position Focus
This role is strictly hands-on floral design. No customer service, phone calls, order taking, or delivery responsibilities—just designing.
Responsibilities
- Create floral arrangements while maintaining high design standards
- Follow design recipes and produce consistent, polished work
- Design for everyday orders, sympathy work, weddings, corporate accounts, and special events
- Assist with floral preparation and event production as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient design workspace
- Process and care for fresh flowers and greens
Qualifications
- Previous floral design experience required (flower shop, studio, or event florist)
- Ability to design confidently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of color, proportion, and floral design techniques
- Experience with sympathy, everyday, and event florals preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
