Job Title: Sales Consultant
Hourly Rate: $28.84-$38.46 plus commission (OTE: $160,000-$180,000 annually)

Job Summary:
The Patient Consultant is responsible for building strong patient relationships, driving sales growth, and providing a consultative approach to understand patient needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations with patients to understand their health needs, goals, and expectations.
- Providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of procedures
- Assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.
- Attending relevant conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a sales consultant or a similar role within the medical, dental or healthcare industry.
- Experience presenting high-value treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
- Knowledge of third-party financing and payment plan structuring.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical patient centric workflows
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
