Elementary Lunch Aide
Summary:
Be able work in either district of Jenison or Hudsonville Public Schools as our department covers both district's food service operations.
The person(s) accepting this position will be working in an elementary building and will be helping to set/up and tear down the eating area for the students as well as helping with the hot lunch program with a variety of responsibilities.
The pay rate for position is $15.50/hour.
Elementary Lunch Aides work between 2 and 3 hours per day.
Shifts fall between 10:30am - 2:00pm. and hours may vary depending on location and shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious and attractive meals.
- Assist with meal production as directed.
- Maintain and apply all safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards and practices in all food service areas as required by federal, state, local and district regulations and policies.
- Operate production equipment and dishwashing equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
