Duties
- Engage with customers in retail stores or on the road to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients, addressing questions and providing product information confidently.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities by suggesting additional products or upgrades that benefit the customer.
- Manage automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, heavy lifting, and proper merchandising of products.
- Maintain accurate pricing information, process sales transactions efficiently, and ensure compliance with safety standards for safe lifting practices.
- Organize and plan daily routes effectively to optimize efficiency while adhering to organizational procedures for route driving and client communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles with a focus on customer service.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, basic math proficiency essential for daily tasks.
- Ability to walk, bend, sit down and standup continously
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and build strong relationships.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Valid driver's license to drive between locations as needed
- Strong computer skills and phone etiquette skills needed
Pay: $41,600.00 - $150,000.00 per year
