Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by operating various machinery, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the assembly line. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
2nd Shift 2:45 P.M. -11:15 P.M.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to standards.
- Assemble components using hand tools and machinery as part of the assembly line process.
- Maintain tooling and equipment, performing routine maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in machining or manufacturing is REQUIRED.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control practices.
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures within the manufacturing facility.
