Your Daily Focus
In this position, you will act as a dedicated liaison, balancing collaborative office strategy with active field-based client care. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Executing face-to-face consultations directly with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Cultivating, expanding, and protecting long-term professional client relationships across the market.
- Delivering structured service presentations and guiding client teams through clear program selections.
- Facilitating scheduled on-site employee enrollments and maintaining an organized daily calendar of appointments.
- Utilizing modern digital CRM tools to track your daily progress, monitor activity, and hit team objectives.

Compensation & Structure
- Structure: Performance-based compensation model featuring lucrative contract incentives.
- Target First-Year Earnings: $49,764 - $79,931+, depending on individual execution and production.
