Door-to-Door Canvasser – Home Improvement (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses)
E Construction – Delaware position
We are hiring energetic and motivated canvassers to knock doors, talk to homeowners, and schedule an appointment for the closer to go close. This is a fast-paced, high-earning role with strong growth potential inside a rapidly expanding construction company.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $15 per hour
- Commission: $500 per sale.
- Daily Bonuses:
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Typical earnings: $1,000–$3,000 per week for average performance. $5,000+ per week for strong performers
Job Summary:
You will introduce homeowners to our services, explain the benefits, and book same-day or next-day visits. This service is simple to sell and helps build long-term renovation relationships with homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Deliver a simple pitch (training provided)
- Answer basic questions and overcome objections
- Book appointments and collect homeowner information
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Work with the team to hit daily and weekly goals
Qualifications:
- No experience required (we train you)
- Sales or canvassing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking to homeowners
- Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors
