We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and outgoing professional to be the face of our executive and virtual office center. As the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who values professionalism, integrity, accountability, and service excellence, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to tenant requests and coordinate solutions
- Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Assist with light accounting, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain organized records and office systems
- Support daily office operations and special projects as needed
- Help ensure a professional, welcoming environment for tenants and guests

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
