QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required

Residential or industrial cleaning experience

Hand tool experience (power tools, wrenches, and precision measuring equipment)

Willingness to get certified to drive a forklift is required

Mechanical aptitude and/or related mechanical experience
