Position Overview:
The Rental Attendant ensures that our bicycles, boats, and specialty products are kept safe and operational. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain our equipment to meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Keep bikes and boats clean, maintained, and in working order.
- Use specialty tools (experience with mechanical tools a plus!).
- Ensure safety and operational standards are met at all times.
- Stay productive during quiet times and work independently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to get hands dirty and stay busy.
- Mechanical aptitude (bike/boat mechanic experience preferred).
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking.
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends including all holidays between 8 AM & 10 PM.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to follow instructions and company standards.
