Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,700
- Average annual pay: $75,000 – $100,000
- Top performers earn $2,000+ weekly

Mileage Pay
- 0–11 months: $0.82 CPM
- 12–23 months: $0.83 CPM
- 24–35 months: $0.84 CPM
- 36+ months: $0.85 CPM
Home Time
- Weekly 34-hour reset
- Weekends not guaranteed
Freight & Routes
- 100% touch freight
- Deliveries to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
- Average 800–1,000 miles weekly
Equipment
- International and Freightliner tractors
Training
- 2-day ride along
- Paid at $150/day
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- Must be physically capable of unloading freight
- Must be flexible with schedules and workdays
- Drivers must park trucks at Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC
