Duties

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives.
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and early intervention techniques to promote comprehensive learning experiences.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and childcare.
- Utilize assessment tools to monitor child development progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in preschool settings or daycare environments is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management within early childhood education contexts.
- Knowledge of special education practices, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with early education teaching methods, preschool care practices, and teaching physical education enhances your ability to support diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Experience in private school or daycare environments is preferred; certification in childhood development or early childhood education is a plus.
