About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the seamless operation of high-volume production machinery. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime, enhance equipment reliability, and uphold the highest standards of safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex issues with continuous process machinery, including motors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.

Execute preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifecycle and optimize production throughput.

Perform precision repairs by dismantling equipment to replace defective components using specialized tools and rigging.

Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-based control systems.

Document all maintenance activities and equipment status updates within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Fabricate and install safety guards and machine components to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.

Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for increasing equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of two years of hands-on mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Strong commitment to safety protocols and industrial best practices.

Five or more years of experience in heavy manufacturing or foundry maintenance.

Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting combustion systems and complex machine logic.

Demonstrated success in performing proactive equipment reliability projects.

Strong analytical skills for root-cause troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical failures.
