Fast-paced respiratory department seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to provide training and education on respiratory equipment and supplies for our clients.
Experience with positive airway pressure (PAP) devices, oxygen therapies, or a medical background is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Training clients on respiratory equipment and supplies
- Work with patients to meet insurance requirements for CPAP usage
- Assist with department inventory maintenance
- Utilize software systems to perform various back office tasks such as supply refills, electronic filing and patient progress tracking
- Providing excellent customer service and support
Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
