Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality material is produced.
- The ability to keep the machine running with limited down time
- Setting up of the jobs according to product orders
- Monitoring work area cleanliness and safety
- Report directly to department Team Lead / provide clear communication
- Able to work on second shift 2pm - 10pm
Required Skills:
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Manufacturing and Machine Operating experience / hands on
- Computer and math knowledge required
- Must work well in a supportive team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in high-speed production with attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving throughout the job

- 90 day training during first shift; after training, schedule will switch to 2nd shift
