As part of our team, we're looking for someone who will help keep our kitchen sparkling clean, take joy in your craft, and pay attention to every detail. We value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to jump in wherever needed.
This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves juggling tasks and creating delicious treats. Some days, you'll be whipping up icing or decorating cakes, while others might find you decorating cookies, cupcakes, or pastries for the bakery display case.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Decorating a variety of cakes, cupcakes, and other pastries
- Bringing custom cakes to life with fillings, icing, and decorations
- Providing top-notch customer service, confidently answering phones, and taking custom cake orders
- Daily production of cake icings and fillings
- Scooping, Baking, and Portioning various bakery products
- Keeping your workstation clean and orderly
- Following instructions for custom orders and other tasks
- Washing, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment
- Treating all team members with fairness, dignity, and respect
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stamina to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Proficiency in repetitive hand motions and bakery machinery operation
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday

Qualifications
- Proven experience in cake decorating or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cake decorating and safe food handling practices.
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives and other culinary equipment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing cakes.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines for orders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- 3+ years of cake decorating experience is required
