Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to maintain commercial buildings and office spaces throughout Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, and Winter Haven, FL.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can work independently. Technicians will travel between multiple commercial properties to perform routine cleaning and deep-cleaning services.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Clean and maintain commercial buildings, offices, and other assigned facilities

Perform routine cleaning and deep-cleaning services

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces

Clean and sanitize restrooms

Remove trash and maintain clean work areas

Clean common areas, break rooms, and workspaces

Follow established cleaning schedules and company standards

Travel between assigned commercial properties

Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at each location

Valid driver’s license required

Reliable transportation required

Ability to travel between Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, and Winter Haven

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
