The Maple Press Company has an immediate opening for Sheet Fed Pressman / Machine Operator. This position is available on 2nd Shift. Successful candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-6 weeks before transferring to 2nd shift position.

PayScale: $20.38-$24.73 hourly.
Shift Differential: Employees working 2nd shift receive an additional $0.75 per hour.
Position Available: Full Time – 2nd Shift
Hours:
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
- Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime available based on production needs!
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine press operations through manual and machine operator tasks
- Learn setup, maintenance, and operation of sheet fed web presses
- Focus on quality, accuracy, and production goals
- Assist with running jobs and staging materials for upcoming production
- Ensure presses are properly supplied prior to print production
- Participate in weekly preventive maintenance activities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic math functions and accurately measure
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Requirements & Duties:
Must be able to lift 20 – 50 lbs, and be at least the age of 18.
*Pay increases when training is completed.
