Six dedicated professionals are sought: one to provide Autistic Support at the elementary level, one for Learning Support at the middle school level, and four to serve Learning Support students at the high school level. Key Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate, or eligibility for an emergency permit (sponsorship available)
- Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized instruction and interventions tailored to each student’s IEP and learning requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, parents, and support staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adapt teaching strategies to maximize student achievement
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing to students’ goals and advocacy
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements

- Full-time schedule: 35 hours weekly
