We are currently hiring for a Video Content Creator to join our Alpharetta, GA office. This position plays a crucial role in creating compelling video content that supports our marketing, sales, training, and customer engagement initiatives. The Video Content Creator will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality content that effectively communicates Applied Information’s products, solutions, and company culture. Success in this role requires creativity, strong technical production skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and develop solutions proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production and Content Creation
- Plan, produce, film, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, client success stories, training materials, trade shows, and social media platforms.
- Conduct and manage professional interviews with customers, partners, employees, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with company objectives and brand standards.
- Capture high-quality video and audio using professional camera equipment, lighting, and microphones.
- Create engaging content for YouTube, LinkedIn, company website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Manage video projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, and production equipment.
Content Strategy and Brand Development
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content strategies that support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to create engaging content that increases brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stay current on video production trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and results.
Equipment and Production Management
- Operate and maintain Sony camera systems and related production equipment (preferred).
- Set up and manage professional lighting, audio equipment, and recording environments.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively identify solutions to ensure successful content delivery.
- Coordinate filming schedules, locations, and production logistics.
- Support live event coverage, product launches, trade shows, and company events.
Travel and Trade Shows
- Travel up to 25% as needed for trade shows, client visits, company events, and on-location video shoots.
- Support management initiatives and represent the company professionally at industry events.
- Coordinate and capture video content at conferences, trade shows, customer sites, and corporate functions.
Required Skills:
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging visual content.
- Experience operating Sony camera systems and professional video production equipment (preferred).
- Proficiency with lighting setup, audio recording, microphones, and interview production.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn and intrinsic knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent video editing and post-production skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to content creation.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable follow-through and the ability to push projects to completion effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Experience producing corporate, technology, or marketing content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance measurement.
- Experience with drone videography and photography is a plus.
