Job description
Kansas City Based Law Firm specializing in real estate is seeking a full-time, experienced, and personable Real Estate Attorney (strong preference for candidates with several years transactional, real estate acquisitions and/or real estate financing experience.) Firm is a fast-paced environment and requires an organized and diligent person looking to grow with a firm that has practice which include real estate transactions, zoning and government matters, business, syndications, finance, and more.
Qualified Candidates will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Real Estate Contracts
- Commercial Real Estate Leases
- Financing and Bank Documents
- Title Commitment Review
- Zoning Analysis
- Real Estate Closings
- Corporate Entity Structures
- Operational and Financial Aptitude a plus
- Syndication experience a plus
- Economic development tax incentives a plus
- Management experience a plus – possible management option for the right candidate

J.D. and a license to practice law is required. License to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri is preferred.
