Position Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for children in the Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Hermitage/Antioch, and Spring Hill areas.
You'll implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA while receiving ongoing mentorship, training, and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Collect accurate session data.
- Collaborate with families and supervising BCBAs.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience, education, and qualifications.
- Mileage reimbursement is available for travel between client locations based on mileage.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
