Momentum Autism Services LLC is currently seeking an energetic, passionate, well-organized, and self-motivated individual to perform 1:1 in-home therapy sessions for children with Autism in the Murfreesboro/Nolensville areas as well as Hermitage/Antioch, TN in the following role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- The position will include both initial and ongoing hands-on training and supervision in ABA therapy from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- The ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and will also consistently implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Must be an RBT.
- Must be energetic, passionate, and willing to continually learn.
- Must work well with children and be compassionate with their special needs.
- Must be 18 years of age and have obtained a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Have reliable transportationCPR/BLS CertificationRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Be able to pass a background check.
Pay will be commensurate with both education and experience.

A quick note about scheduling:
We are currently hiring for specific clients:
Client A is in Hermitage for daytime hours at about 10 hours per week.
Client B is in Nolensville for evening hours at about 10 hours per week.
Client C is in Spring Hill for 4 evening hours on Tuesdays.
The schedule works out to where one person could potentially take on all 3 clients to have consistent hours. This is a part-time position. Thanks for your interest!
