Real Holistic Doc is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our patient-focused clinical team. You will play an essential role in our daily operations—connecting with patients, supporting providers, managing clinical workflows, and ensuring every aspect of patient care is followed through from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise, comfortable blood draws and laboratory collections with a gentle touch
- Properly label, process, and track laboratory specimens and results
- Room patients, record vital signs and medical histories, and prepare exam rooms
- Assist providers with integrative treatments and clinical procedures
- Learn and support additional hands-on clinical procedures after appropriate training
- Manage patient callbacks, referrals, prescription requests, and administrative follow-ups
- Monitor supplement and clinical supply inventory
- Accurately maintain electronic medical records
- Collaborate with the team to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently
- Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety requirements
Qualifications
- Previous Medical Assistant experience required
- Strong, proven phlebotomy skills required
- Confidence working with patients who may be anxious or difficult to draw
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Willingness to learn and expand hands-on clinical skills
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to task management and follow-through
