South Hills Senior Living (Waterloo, IA) is looking to hire energetic Resident Assistants (RA) to join our team. This position is for a 3rd shift (40 hour) position. This position is a every other weekend position. As an RA your job will require you to:
- Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their individual service plans
- Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including meal service, social engagement and activities of daily living
- Administer medication to the residents (Require Medication Manager course that is provided by the employer and requires you to be 18+ years of age)
- Appropriately communicate with leadership
- Housekeeping with the resident rooms and facility
- Interact with residents and family throughout the shift
- Shift differentials are included.
