This is a full-time hourly + commission position for a professional Leasing and Sales person who desires to be a part of a proven, winning team.

Qualifications:
- Must be outgoing, self-starter with ability to work independently
- Apartment Leasing experience preferred
- Manufactured home sales experience a plus
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Organized and resourceful
- Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, E-Mail, Internet)
- Required State Licensing and bonding
- Ability to work well with diverse personalities and talents
- Genuine enthusiasm for achieving goals and providing excellent customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
