D.V. KAP Home is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service Account Specialist based full-time in Fresno, Ca. The ideal candidate should be detailed and task-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to multitask while being a team player. Our customer service team is a vital part of our company's identity, and we deeply value their contribution to maintaining our brand's reputation. Great verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a great attitude. Prior experience promoting and maintaining accuracy, overseeing and processing sales orders, and ensuring incoming inquiries on customer orders is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and customer account inquiries.
- Analyze customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Checking on order statuses for customers.
- Following up with the shipping and fulfillment team on pending orders.
- Creating Sales orders
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, professional, and organized while completing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Capability to work and respond quickly under pressure.
- Works both independently and as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively solve issues and quickly address concerns.
Requirements:
- 3 years of order processing and customer service is a plus.
- Familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting/order processing software.
