3P Processing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional service, on-time communication, and successful execution of customer requirements.
As a Customer Account Manager, you will work closely with customers, production teams, planning, shipping, and leadership to ensure orders move efficiently through our aerospace manufacturing process. What You'll DoCustomer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsiveness.
- Provide customers with order updates, production status information, and shipping details.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer requirements are understood and communicated throughout the organization.
Order & Production Coordination
- Coordinate customer requirements with production, planning, and shipping departments.
- Monitor aging, past-due, and expedited orders to help ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate order priorities and customer expectations to internal teams.
- Assist customers with service recommendations based on their needs and requirements.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Investigate customer concerns and coordinate solutions.
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customer expectations are met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Collaborate across multiple departments to drive results and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking ForQualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of customer service, account management, sales support, or related experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or technical environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
