Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations during food service and beverage preparation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at the end of each shift while managing sales efficiently.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service by setting up stations, serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or banquet halls.
- Strong knowledge of POS for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations; knowledge of brewing processes is a plus.

- SC ServSafe Alcohol Certificate (Preferred)
