Key Responsibilities:
Hands-On Work:
- Actively participate in production tasks alongside team members, demonstrating skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes.
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands-on inspection and verification.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards.
- Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with department leaders to optimize operations and achieve production goals.
- Identify and address issues related to efficiency and quality.
