At Hygia Home Health Care, we believe healthcare should feel personal. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one patient care in patients' homes throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This is a home health nursing position, not a hospital or clinic role. Nurses travel to patients' homes to provide skilled nursing care, education, and support while helping patients remain safe and comfortable in their own environment.Responsibilities

- Perform patient assessments including vital signs, physical evaluations, and health histories
- Administer medications and IV therapy safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and document care thoroughly using EMR systems
- Assist with clinical procedures and diagnostic testing when needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards at all times
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community settings preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
Pay: $40.00 - $150.00 per hour
