We are seeking an experienced, motivated Structual Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on active job sites in and around Quakertown, PA. Most of our work takes place in the five-county area:
Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate can read blue prints, layout scope, manage crews efficiently, maintain strict safety standards, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.
Foreman Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on active job site
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; perform accurate layout according to project scope
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet schedules
- Operate and oversee heavy equipment as required
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and field personnel
- Complete daily reports, crew time tracking, and required documentation
- Osha 10 Required, OSHA 30 Preferred
- Able to lift 80 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug test
