Job Description:
Cooper Disposal is seeking an experienced and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our team. This position is roll-off containers only (no residential or rear-load routes). The ideal candidate takes pride in safe driving, customer service, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver, swap, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations
- Secure and tarp loads in compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate route and disposal documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Keep truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A/B
- Clean driving record
- Roll-off experience REQUIRED
- Ability to operate in tight job sites and construction areas
- Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
