As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Associate Attorney to join our team and help us continue raising the bar for client-centered legal services.

Ideal candidates will have:
- A J.D. from an accredited law school and license to practice in Colorado
- 1+ years of experience or education in estate planning (wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience or comfort in a consultative role with prospective clients
- A genuine interest in public speaking, workshops, and educational events
- A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for client service
- Ability to explain legal concepts in plain language
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy
What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial client consultations and relationship-building meetings
- Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs) under attorney guidance
- Help present at seminars and workshops, both in-person and virtual
- Guide clients through our signature planning process with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the client experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
