We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and compassionate Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator who enjoys building relationships with patients while ensuring the practice operates efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional front desk role and enjoys being an integral part of changing patients' lives.
Position Summary
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience from the initial phone call through treatment completion. This position combines front office responsibilities with treatment coordination, patient education, scheduling, financial discussions, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to patient inquiries
- Schedule new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment appointments
- Verify patient information and ensure all forms are complete
- Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Coordinate referrals with physicians, dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers
Treatment Coordination
- Present recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss fees, financing options, and payment arrangements
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment journey
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans
- Help patients navigate medical insurance benefits when applicable
Administrative Duties
- Benefit breakdowns
- Collect patient payments and post transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate incoming records and imaging
- Monitor appointment confirmations and recalls
- Maintain organized front office operations
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
- Treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Experience with electronic dental software (CareStack & DentalWriter experience is a plus)
- TMJ or Sleep Medicine experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
