Senior Account Manager H-2B / H-2A

Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000 (base + performance incentives)
The Opportunity
We’re one of the fastest-growing immigration companies in the country, and our H-2B / H-2A practice is scaling fast. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who already knows this world, someone who has worked inside an H-2B and H-2A law firm or immigration consulting practice and understands what it takes to keep seasonal employers filed, compliant, and coming back season after season. You’ll be the trusted relationship owner for a portfolio of employer clients, working hand in hand with our H-2B practice leadership to deliver results.
About the Role
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of H-2B and H-2A employer accounts and act as their primary point of contact across the entire filing lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with our attorneys and practice leadership, translating program complexity into clear, confident guidance for clients and turning satisfied clients into renewals, referrals, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of H-2B and H-2A employer clients
- Guide clients through seasonal filing timelines, cap windows, documentation, and deadlines
- Partner with attorneys and practice leadership on case strategy, RFEs, denials, and audits
- Drive retention, renewals, and account growth across a diverse, high-volume book of business
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and help the team add roughly 100 new clients per year
- Advise clients on workforce seasonality and timing from an operational standpoint
- Keep a high volume of cases organized, on schedule, and moving across multiple industries
- Representing the firm in industry associations and seasonal workforce events
What You Bring
- Direct experience working for an H-2B and H-2A law firm or immigration / law consulting practice (Required)
- Strong working knowledge of both the H-2B and H-2A programs timing, seasonality, and restrictions
- A proven account-management or client-success track record with measurable retention and growth
- A confident, polished communicator who builds trust quickly
- A growth and sales orientation you spot and act on opportunities to expand accounts
- Comfort managing high volume, deadline driven caseloads with precision
- Demonstrated involvement in H-2B/seasonal-workforce industry associations such as the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA) / CSEA (Required)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- An active leadership role or ongoing engagement within industry associations (SEA / CSEA)
- Existing professional network and strong client relationships are highly valued
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
$125,000–$200,000, structured as a competitive base plus performance incentives tied to portfolio retention and growth. Final compensation reflects experience, existing relationships, and book of business.
