Location: Washington County
Schedule: PRN flexible
EMIC Home Care is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for a child who is Trach dependent and requires total assistance.
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
- Assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and repositioning
- Monitor health status and administer medications as needed
- Support respiratory or other specialized care as applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia RN (required)
- Pediatric and/or home care experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting and supporting a 90 lb child
- Caring, reliable, and professional demeanor

Duties
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding disease management and wellness.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and document findings accurately in patient records.
- Participate in long-term care management for patient with chronic conditions.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
