Job Summary

Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning through play
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times
- Support children with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and nap periods with patience and care
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Assist in managing classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with team members to plan special activities or events that enhance the educational experience
