We are seeking an experienced Residential Housekeeper to support the daily care and upkeep at our clients' homes that are luxury private residences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury residential cleaning and takes pride in maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment where reliability, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. Flexibility and the ability to take direction from your supervisor are a must.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service while maintaining efficiency and discretion
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces according to established standards
- Clean living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and shared spaces
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, furnishings, and household items
- Empty trash and maintain clean, hygienic bathroom areas
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed
- Maintain outdoor areas by dusting outdoor furniture, cleaning exterior appliances and sweeping and light sweeping.
- Communicate respectfully and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Support the residence with additional tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and adaptable throughout the day
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality of work
- Ability to follow established routines and take direction with professionalism
- Maintains discretion and respects the privacy of the residence and its occupants
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
- Reliable personal transportation is required to support consistent attendance and scheduling
Experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or professional cleaning environments preferred
- Experience working in high-standard or detail-oriented settings is a plus

Schedule & Pay
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend support as needed
- Compensation: $28per hour
- **$500 signing bonus provided after 45 days of work.

- Work environment: Family home, fast-paced work environment. Outdoor work maintaining exterior appliances and furniture and light sweeping. Noise level is moderate.
- Travel: Driving a personal vehicle is required to various locations.
Pay: $28.00 per hour
