We are a growing framing contractor serving The Villages, FL, and we’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated Framing Field Supervisor / Punch-Out Technician to join our team.
This is a hands-on field position for someone who takes pride in quality work, stays productive, and can work independently without needing constant direction. You’ll spend your day visiting multiple job sites, inspecting framing work, completing punch-out items, communicating with crews and trade partners, and helping ensure our job sites remain organized and on track.
If you have framing experience, understand blueprints and construction materials, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and enjoy solving problems in the field, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

Walk multiple job sites daily and identify and complete punch-out items as needed.

Inspect homes during and after framing stages to identify issues and ensure work meets project expectations.

Communicate regularly with builder supervisors, inspectors, subcontractors, and framing crews.

Coordinate dumpster placement at job sites.
-
Monitor dumpster usage and coordinate emptying and transportation to the landfill when necessary.

Pick up construction debris and help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.

Assist with organizing materials and maintaining overall job site readiness.

Drive between multiple job sites throughout the day.

Build and maintain professional working relationships with builders, inspectors, trade partners, and crews.

Take initiative to identify problems and help resolve them efficiently.

Support day-to-day field operations and help keep projects moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum of 2 years of construction framing experience.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Strong knowledge of framing materials, lumber, and residential framing practices.

Fluent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Daily communication with supervisors, subcontractors, and framing crews is required.

Valid driver’s license required.

Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers.

Comfortable driving between multiple job sites throughout the day.

Ability to work outdoors throughout the day in Florida weather conditions.

Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Ability to lift 70+ pounds.

Comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and accessing two-story homes.

Willingness to work occasional weekends when business needs require it.
