We are working closely with a great client to identify an Assistant Director of Front Office to help lead guest-facing operations and elevate the overall arrival and departure experience. This key leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service while supporting front office strategy and team development. This role is onsite in Nashville, TN.

Assist in overseeing daily front office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

Support, coach, and develop a high-performing, service-driven front office team

Resolve guest concerns and lead effective service recovery efforts

Assist with scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and departmental performance initiatives

Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures

3+ years of front office leadership experience in an upscale hotel or resort environment

Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Director of Front Office, or similar leadership role preferred

Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences

Experience with hotel property management systems and operational reporting

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
