Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct product demonstrations to inform and excite customers about new or featured items
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive shopping environment
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support retail sales efforts through effective communication skills and active engagement with guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Experience supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting
