Job Overview
You’ll play a key clinical and consultative role in providing injectable treatments that are precise, artistic, and grounded in anatomy and client goals. More than that, you’ll embody Saxira’s values and deliver care that uplifts and empowers.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic and wellness treatments, including:
- Neuromodulator and dermal filler injections
- IV nutrient therapy and IM vitamin injections
- GLP-1 and peptide weight management treatments
- Provide on-site clinical supervision for RNs performing delegated procedures
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure adherence to all Maryland regulatory standards
- Participate in training, quality assurance, and ongoing education to maintain excellence in patient care
Qualifications
- Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or Physicians Assistant (PA) license in good standing
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
- Certified and experienced in administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of skin health, facial anatomy, and corrective techniques
- Excellent bedside manner, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to patient safety, outcomes, and ethical standards
Preferred
- Experience with IV therapy and medical weight management programs (GLP-1s, peptides, etc.)
- Laser or advanced device experience a plus
- Confidence in leading and mentoring clinical staff

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
