We are a fast-growing company seeking a dependable, hardworking, and organized Bilingual Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team immediately. This role is critical to supporting our warehouse operations by receiving imported goods, preparing products for shipment, and coordinating deliveries to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and imported goods.
- Verify shipment contents and review associated documentation for accuracy.
- Manage and approve shipping and receiving documents.
- Prepare products and finished goods for shipment to Amazon warehouses and other destinations.
- Organize inventory and ensure products are correctly assigned to designated locations.
- Label boxes, pallets, and shipments accurately according to company and Amazon requirements.
- Build, break down, and restructure pallets as needed to meet shipping specifications.
- Coordinate with truck drivers on-site, carriers, and internal teams regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipment status.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with additional warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to review, understand, and manage shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working with drivers, vendors, and multiple departments within the company.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.
