Position Summary
Master Cleaners is looking for a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Because this position is often a customer’s first interaction with our company, the person in this role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment someone walks through the door or calls the store.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
Accurately process payments and complete customer transactions.
Answer questions from customers in person and by telephone.
Clearly explain available services, prices, and anticipated completion times.
Assist with customer concerns in a calm, patient, and helpful manner.
Keep the front counter and customer area neat, orderly, and inviting.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a warm environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to approximately 25 pounds.
This position also requires the ability to work well independently while contributing positively as part of a team. Good communication skills, dependability, and a friendly attitude are important.
