Build More Than a Career. Build a Legacy.
At A New Legacy Family Services, we believe great clinicians are developed through mentorship, meaningful experiences, and a supportive team. As a minority-owned, woman-owned behavioral health agency, we provide culturally responsive, wraparound mental health services that strengthen children, families, schools, and communities across Virginia.
We celebrate diversity and intentionally cultivate a team that reflects the communities we serve. Our clinicians bring authentic lived experience, cultural humility, and compassion to every child and family they support.
If you're working toward independent licensure and looking for a position that offers diverse clinical experience—not just one service—this role was designed for you.
As a Clinical Lead Clinician, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple levels of care while receiving clinical supervision, mentorship, and support from experienced LPCs and LCSWs. You'll develop the skills needed to become a confident, well-rounded clinician while earning hours toward licensure.
