Role summary:
The Director, Technology Operations, leads the strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals. This role oversees defining the business requirements, program budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement while fostering strong stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and informed decision-making. The position requires expertise in technology solutions, operational efficiency, and business strategy translation. The Director champions continuous improvement, innovation, and effective communication across multiple teams to deliver measurable value and support organizational success within a complex, dynamic environment.
About the team:
The Cross Border Solutions team drives revenue growth and enhances marketplace profitability by delivering seamless global selling and shopping experiences. The team enables customers to access international assortments through local marketplaces while supporting sellers in expanding globally. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Analytics, the team identifies opportunities and develops innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the team embraces strategic execution and delivers impactful outcomes that influence key business decisions at senior leadership levels.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives and financial goals.

Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial management and ROI.

Define and monitor performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and quality of technology initiatives across multiple projects.

What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for large-scale technology initiatives.

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
