Maintenance Technician needed for our apartment community and offering excellent hourly pay plus benefits.

Duties include:
- Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
- Assists in diagnosing problems and repairs for the property in areas of vacant turns, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and appliances
- Responds promptly and accurately to work order requests from residents
- Responds to on-call pager when on rotating schedule
- Assists in inspecting apartments before and after move-ins and move-outs
- Working closely with the property manager to provide a stellar community for our residents
- Assists Maintenance Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property
- Performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns
Job Requirements:
- HVAC experience preferred
- Carpentry, plumbing, & basic electrical skills
- Own tools & transportation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication & organizational skills
