Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide an elevated, personal shopping experience throughout the store.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the fit, fabric, and versatility of our collections to drive conversion and upselling.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for all transactions, including accurate payment processing.
- Maintain high visual standards through consistent merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure the floor remains shopable and attractive.
- Provide expert styling advice, offering personalized recommendations and checking in on clients in the fitting rooms to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage inventory levels by organizing backstock, maintaining swim categories, and conducting regular stock checks to support sales goals.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail or boutique setting.
- Ability to perform job functions confidently while clearly communicating technical garment features to customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving our diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with premium visual merchandising, stocking, and standard retail operations.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for client outreach.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize UPT (Units Per Transaction) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
